Cross Jobs (we, us) operates the Cross Jobs app for tradespeople and coordinators to track jobs, work time and site records. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices.
• Account details: your name and email address (or Apple/Google sign-in identifier) and role.
• Work data you create: jobs, timesheets (clock on/off), site notes, and photos you capture and attach to jobs.
• Location: while you are on shift, the app records your arrival at and departure from an assigned job site to confirm attendance. Precise location is used only for this purpose and is tied to the assigned job.
• Device data: a push-notification token (if you enable alerts) so we can notify you about job and roster changes.
We use this information to run the service: assign and complete jobs, generate timesheets and PDF job reports for your employer/coordinator, confirm on-site attendance, and send job/roster notifications. We do not sell your personal information or use it for advertising.
Arrival/departure location is collected only in connection with your assigned jobs and is visible to your coordinator for attendance and reporting. You can disable location permission at any time in your device settings; some attendance features will then be limited.
Your work records and reports are shared with your employer/coordinator within the same organisation. We use trusted service providers (cloud hosting, email delivery for reports, and push-notification delivery) solely to operate the app. We may disclose information if required by law.
We keep your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service and meet legal/record-keeping obligations. You can delete your account in the app (Profile → Delete Account), which removes your account and associated personal data.

• Contact us to access or correct your information.
This app is intended for use by workers and is not directed at children under 13.
